Working principle of the air filter box

Working principle of the air filter box

(I) Conventional workflow
The conventional workflow of an air filter box mainly includes the following steps: First, the outside air is sucked into the filter box under the action of the fan. After the air enters, it first passes through the primary filter, which can intercept larger particles of dust, hair, and other impurities. Then, the air after preliminary filtration enters the medium efficiency filter, which further captures smaller dust particles and suspended particles. Then, the air continues to flow to the high-efficiency filter, which can remove more fine particles, including bacteria, viruses, and other harmful substances. After this series of filtration processes, the purified air is finally discharged from the filter box, providing people with a clean and healthy air environment.
(II) Internal structure and function
The key components inside the air filter box include fans and filters, which work together and play an important role. As a power source, the fan is responsible for sucking air into the filter box and driving the air to flow in the box. The filter is the core component for achieving air purification, and filters of different levels undertake different filtration tasks. The primary filter is usually composed of a coarse filter, which can block larger particles and reduce the burden on subsequent filters. The filter screen of the medium efficiency filter is finer and can effectively capture medium-sized particle pollutants. The high-efficiency filter uses high-precision filter materials, such as the HEPA filter screen, which can remove tiny harmful substances and ensure that the exhaust air reaches a high degree of cleanliness. In addition, the air volume control valve can adjust the flow and flow rate of the air so that the air has enough residence time in the filter box to ensure a sufficient filtering effect. The box provides stable support and protection for the entire filtration system to ensure the normal operation of internal components.
