1. What are the information needed if I would like to order the Clean Room equipment?
Please provide us the detailed User Requirement Specification (URS), including size, material, Cleanliness level, and product type. After we have the requested information, we will send you a quotation asap.

2. If the current equipment I am using is not from BACCLEAN, can you provide us the maintenance service or spare parts replacement?
Sorry, we only provide maintenance service to BACCLEAN users. But HEPA filters are not within this limit. Feel free to contact us if you request HEPA filters.

3. What is the lead time and MOQ of HEPA/ULPA filters?
We have enough stock for the HEPA/ULPA if you request for standard ones. We will have minimum order quantity(MOQ) for HEPA filters in order to make a full carton box. This is to prevent the cargo damage during the transportation. For standard size, it is 3 pcs per carton. Shipping and packing cost are not included. If you request customized size, the leadtime is 10 days to 20 days after we receive the confirmed order.

4. How long is the leadtime?
The leadtime would vary from products. It is from 10 days to 20 days after we receive the confirmed order.

5. How long is the warranty period for BACCLEAN products? What will be offered during the warranty period?
We offer 1 year warranty for the whole set of machine; the consumables are excluded. During the warranty period, the maintenance cost and the spare parts will be free of charge under the regular usage. Situations like natural calamities or human mal-usage will not be considered within the warranty. Please refer to our warranty handbook for more details.

6. Where is the product origin?
We manufacture all the equipment in GuangDong and we ensure the product quality.
