Working principle of fresh air booster cabinet

Working principle of fresh air booster cabinet

(I) Introduction of external air
Outdoor fresh air first enters the equipment through the air inlet of the fresh air booster cabinet.
(II) Primary filtration link
The air after entering will first pass through the primary filter, which can intercept larger particles of dust, hair, and other impurities.
(III) Medium filtration link
The air after primary filtration will then enter the medium filter to further remove tiny dust particles and some bacteria and viruses.
(IV) Pressurization link
The filtered air is pressurized by the centrifugal fan. The fan generates strong power to give the air enough pressure so that it can be smoothly transported to every corner of the room.
(V) High-efficiency filtration link (optional)
According to the needs of the place of use, some fresh air booster cabinets are also equipped with high-efficiency filters to filter the air more finely, remove extremely small particles and harmful substances, and ensure that the air delivered to the room reaches a very high degree of cleanliness.
(VI) Heat exchange link (optional)
In some models of fresh air booster cabinets, a heat exchanger is also provided. When the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is large, it can adjust the temperature of the introduced air, making the temperature of the air entering the room closer to the original temperature of the room, improving comfort and reducing energy consumption.
(VII) Air transportation
The clean air with appropriate pressure after the above series of treatments is transported to the room through the air supply duct, replacing the original dirty air in the room, and realizing the circulation and purification of indoor air.
