Working principle of embedded pass box

Working principle of embedded pass box

The embedded transfer window is a device used for item delivery in a specific environment. Its working principle is as follows:
The embedded pass box usually consists of two relatively independent boxes connected by a window that can be opened and closed in the middle.
When it is necessary to transfer items, put the items into one side of the box (usually called the contaminated side or the low-level cleanliness side). Then close the door of the box on this side to ensure the sealing during the transfer process.
Then, open the middle window by operating the control button or other control device. At this time, the door of the other side of the box (usually called the clean side or the high-level cleanliness side) is closed to prevent direct air circulation on both sides.
After the item is transferred to the box on the other side, close the middle window. Subsequently, the personnel on the clean side can open the door of the box on this side and take out the item.
During the entire transfer process, the transfer window is usually equipped with an air purification device, such as a high-efficiency filter, to ensure the cleanliness of the air inside the transfer window.
For example, in the sterile environment of a hospital, the contaminated side may be a general ward and the clean side may be an operating room. When transferring surgical instruments from the general ward to the operating room, the instruments are first placed in the transfer window box on the contaminated side, the door is closed, the window is opened for transfer, and then the window is closed. The operating room staff takes out the instruments from the clean side, which effectively prevents bacteria and contaminants from entering the operating room from the general ward.
In addition, ultraviolet disinfection lamps may be installed on both sides of the transfer window to disinfect the internal space after the items are transferred, to further ensure cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination.
In short, the embedded pass box realizes the safe, efficient, and pollution-free transfer of items between different cleanliness areas through its unique structure and control method.
