(1) Air circulation purification

The air initially purified by the primary filter will then enter the HEPA filter. The high-efficiency filter is the core of air purification, it uses advanced filtration technology, such as Brown diffusion and electrostatic adsorption. Its filtration medium is usually made of ultra-fine glass fiber paper or synthetic fiber and other materials, these materials have a very high filtration efficiency and can filter out 0.3 microns and above in the air of tiny dust particles, bacteria, viruses, and other pollutants, filtration efficiency can reach more than 99.99%. (2) Automatic double-door system
The double-door system of the automatic double-opening cargo shower adopts an advanced electronic interlock mechanism, which is like a solid "security line" to strictly control the entry and exit of goods and prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area. The electronic interlock system realizes the interlock function between two doors through the cooperative work of electrical control and mechanical structure. In terms of opening the door control, the automatic double-opening shower is usually equipped with two ways of human body sensing devices and a button control to meet the operational needs of different users. The body sensing device adopts advanced infrared sensing technology, and its working principle is based on the pyroelectric effect of the human body. The human body has a constant body temperature, generally about 37 ° C, and will emit a specific wavelength of about 10μm infrared, infrared sensors can detect the infrared emitted by the human body. When goods or personnel enter the sensing area, the infrared sensor receives the infrared signal from the human body, converts it into an electrical signal, and transmits it to the control system. Button controls provide a way for users to operate manually. In the cargo shower room on both sides of the door, there is usually an operation button, the user can according to the actual needs, by pressing the button to control the opening and closing of the door. In some special cases, such as the failure of the human body sensor or the need for manual intervention, the button control mode can ensure the normal use of the cargo shower and provide the user with a reliable backup means of operation.
