Ventilation and degradation stage: The concentration of hydrogen peroxide is reduced to a safe concentration by lyase; the ventilation process is the process of removing H2O2, and the final detection of H2O2 residual concentration is less than 1PPM. This stage ensures that the environment inside the transfer window is safe after the sterilization is completed, and will not cause harm to operators and subsequent materials. After the sterilization is completed, the clean area transfer door is opened to unload.
