Why use an FFU system?
The following advantages of FFUs themselves have led to their rapid adoption.
Flexible and easy to replace, install and move
FFU is self-powered and self-contained modular, the matching filters are easy to replace, so it is not restricted by the area; in the clean plant, they can be partitioned and controlled as needed, replaced, and moved as required.
Negative pressure ventilation
This is a unique feature of FFU. As it can provide static pressure itself, the clean room is under positive pressure relative to the outside world, so particles from outside will not be subject to leakage into the clean area, making sealing very simple and safe.
Reduced construction lead time
The use of FFU eliminates the need for the production and installation of ducts, shortening the construction cycle.
Reduced running costs
Although the initial investment is higher than using duct ventilation when choosing FFU, it is outstandingly energy-efficient and maintenance-free in a later operation.
Space saving
Compared to other systems, the FFU system occupies less floor height in the air supply static pressure box and does not occupy the clean room space.
