2. Shape

Nozzles typically come in flat and round openings. Flat openings can provide even airflow distribution, and circular openings can create a strong wind stimulation effect. Choose the appropriate nozzle shape according to different application requirements and object shapes. Generally speaking, spherical nozzles are often used.

3. Size and flow

The size and flow rate of the nozzle are determined based on the size of the air shower room, blowing requirements, and economy. Air shower nozzle outlet diameter: 30mm, wind speed ≥ 25m/s to ensure precise control of air volume in the air shower room. Larger nozzle size and flow can provide stronger wind power and blowing effect, but at the same time consume more energy.

4. Quantity and layout

The number and arrangement of nozzles should be able to cover the surface of the object being sprayed.
