What should you pay attention to when installing high-efficiency air supply vents?

    High-efficiency air supply outlet is a commonly used purification equipment. It is widely used at the end of newly built clean rooms of class 1,000, class 10,000, and class 100,000. It is suitable for purification and air conditioning systems in medicine, health, electronics, chemical industry, and other industries. High-efficiency air supply vents do not require power devices, but they do need to be equipped with corresponding ducts. Its components include a static pressure box, flange, high-efficiency filter, and diffuser plate. The interface with the air duct can be a top connection or a side connection. Commonly used materials for making high-efficiency air supply vents include cold-rolled steel plates (A3 plates), galvanized plates, and stainless steel plates (SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, etc.). The thickness of the plates is usually between 0.8~1.5mm.

    To ensure the normal operation of high-efficiency air supply vents, special attention needs to be paid to the following matters during installation:

1. Before construction, it is necessary to ensure that the size and efficiency requirements of the high-efficiency filter comply with the design regulations of the clean room and the customer's application standards.

2. Before installation, the product and clean room must be thoroughly cleaned, and the air conditioning system must be re-purified and run for about 12 hours, and then cleaned again.

3. During the safe transportation of high-efficiency air supply vents, they need to be carefully placed according to the manufacturer's marking instructions to avoid severe vibration and collision.

4. Conduct a visual inspection of the packaging of the high-efficiency air outlet, including inspection of the quality of the filter paper, sealant, and frame (whether there are burrs and rust spots), check the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions, as well as the product certificate and technical performance. Meet design requirements.

5. In the clean room, it is necessary to install a high-efficiency air supply outlet at the joint between the air outlet flange and the ceiling panel and perform sealing treatment.

6. If the high-efficiency air supply outlet is damaged or the coating is damaged, it must not be installed. The open end must be reinforced and sealed with plastic film and tape.

7. After the installation is completed, leak detection of the high-efficiency air supply outlet must be carried out. For unidirectional flow, the difference between the rated resistance of each filter and the average resistance of each filter between the same air outlet or air supply surface should be less than 5 %.

    In general, the high-efficiency air supply outlet is an ideal terminal filter device in dry-level, 10,000-level, and 100,000-level purification air-conditioning systems. It is suitable for purification and air-conditioning systems in medicine, health, electronics, chemical, and other industries.
