What needs to be tested before delivery of a clean room?

Dust-free workshop means to exclude the microparticles, harmful air, bacteria, and other pollutants in the air of the factory workshop and controls the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow speed and airflow distribution, noise vibration and lighting, and static electricity within a certain standard range.

For the clean room that has been completed, there is an important link before the commissioning of the clean room test.
Generally for the dust-free clean room will be the following three mandatory items of testing, and its testing should be in line with the relevant provisions:

① Air cleanliness test, the biological clean room should be planktonic bacteria, sedimentation bacteria test.

② static pressure difference test.

③ Wind speed or air volume test.
When the clean room has been on the particle concentration, static pressure difference, wind speed, or air volume implementation of continuous monitoring, and its test values are in line with the specification requirements, the certification test interval can be extended.

Interval time can be negotiated with the certification unit, and shall comply with the following provisions:

① Air cleanliness level certification can be static or dynamic testing.

② Wind measurement using anemometers in the air or air duct measurement.

Cleanliness of the clean room is mainly by sending a sufficient amount of clean air to replace, and dilute the particulate pollutants produced indoors to achieve.
Therefore, the determination of clean rooms or clean facilities, air supply, average air velocity, air supply uniformity, airflow direction, flow pattern, and other items are necessary.

Temperature and humidity detection is also very important in the process of cleanroom testing.
The measurement of temperature and humidity in the clean room is usually divided into two levels: general test and comprehensive test.
The general test applies to the delivery acceptance test in the unloaded state, and the comprehensive test applies to the static or dynamic comprehensive performance test, which applies to occasions with more stringent requirements on temperature and humidity performance.
The temperature and humidity test is carried out after the airflow uniformity test and air-conditioning system adjustment.
During the test, it should be ensured that the air-conditioning system is fully operational and all conditions are stable.
Set at least one humidity sensor in each humidity control area and give the sensor enough time to stabilize, and start measuring after the sensor has stabilized, which should not be less than 5 minutes.
