What is the material of the clean booth? How to maintain the clean booth

Clean booth main material directly affects the cleanliness of the booth as well as the effect of proper maintenance directly affects the service life of the clean booth.

What are the main materials used in the clean booth?

1. Clean booth bracket around the use of industrial aluminum profiles or stainless steel square or iron square multi-layer pickling electrostatic spraying as a framework, corrosion resistance, rust, beautiful and generous. Clean booth commonly used plates are cold rolled steel (A3 plate) and stainless steel plate (SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, etc.), the thickness is generally 0.8 ~ 1.5mm. different materials and sizes of the configuration directly affect the price of clean booth costs.

2. The clean booth can be surrounded by optional curtains or glass and other components, different materials will lead to different clean booth price costs.

3. Frame: plastic spraying iron square (stainless steel square or aluminum profile), solid, beautiful, not rust, and not produce dust.

4. Anti-static curtain: 0.3mm thick grid (imported from Korea) anti-static effect, high transparency, grid clear, good flexibility, not deformed, not easy to age; dust in addition to static electricity.

5. The top cover of the clean room is made of a cold rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying.

6. The internal use of clean room special purification lamps, does not produce dust.

7. FFU: adopts centrifugal fan, with long life, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, stepless variable speed, and other characteristics, fan quality and reliable, long working life plus unique air duct design, greatly improving the efficiency of the fan, reduce the noise. Fan from the top of the FFU air intake, filtered by the primary filter, high-efficiency filters, filtered clean air in the entire air surface to 0.45m / s ± 20% of the wind speed of uniform speed sent to the clean booth. The formation of a uniform flow layer, so that the clean air flow is vertical unidirectional flow, thus ensuring the required cleanliness in the work area.

Clean booth maintenance requirements

1. Clean booth needs to be regularly wiped with storage flow air supply unit FFU, clean booth interior, and anti-static curtains, often to keep clean.

2. Regular replacement of high-efficiency filters, to re-test the flow of air supply unit FFU technical parameters to meet the requirements before continuing to work, change of the high-efficiency filtration cycle is generally one and a half years.

3. High-efficiency filter efficiency, secondary dispersion, and positive pressure maintenance.

4. Floor and interior decoration treatment, air blowing, etc.

5. Regularly clean the ceiling, air-conditioning vents, overhead lamp shades, under the raised floor, cleaning procedures and materials to be used to apply for the approval of the Ministry of Factory Affairs, and the use of holidays and breaks according to the plan to carry out.

6. Precautions for entering and leaving the clean room and wearing clean work clothes. The personnel and materials entering the clean room will affect the cleanliness if they are not sufficiently dusted when entering the clean room. In addition, because the activities of the personnel in the room and walking will be accompanied by the phenomenon of dust, to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon, need to wear clean work clothes.

7. Regularly replace the primary filter, clean booth installed in the clean room primary filter replacement once every three months, if installed in an ordinary environment once a month replacement.

8. Regularly use the particle counter to test the clean booth to ensure the clean booth purification level.

9. Cleanroom floor waxing needs to be strict with the plan and (purification project) cleaning procedures and needs to use anti-static wax.

10. After the completion of the cleaning work need to be all the cleaning supplies received in the designated clean room, and ordinary tools to differentiate between the storage, to avoid cross-pollution, neatly placed, not randomly placed in the clean room.
