What is the difference between a vertical flow clean bench and a horizontal flow clean bench?

Vertical flow clean bench and horizontal flow clean bench have different effects.
Clean bench according to the direction of airflow is divided into vertical flow clean bench and horizontal flow clean bench, vertical flow clean bench fan in the top, noise, wind blowing vertically more used in pharmaceutical engineering, vertical flow wind to ensure human health; horizontal flow clean bench noise is less, the wind to the outside, more used in the electronics industry.

1、Horizontal laminar flow clean bench: it is a kind of local clean bench with strong generality, it is widely used in electronics, national defense, precision instruments, meters, pharmaceutical industry, etc.

2, vertical laminar flow bench: vertical one-way flow bench is widely used in areas that need local cleanliness. Laboratory, biopharmaceutical, photoelectric industry, microelectronics, hard disk manufacturing, and other fields.
Horizontal air supply and vertical air supply bench can meet the needs of the experiment, all that has to be considered is the airflow flow type (according to the experiment to see which air supply form has the least impact on the experiment).

Generally are used vertically; vertical air supply is vertical downward blowing, vertical flow form, and quasi-closed table, which can effectively prevent external merging penetration and operation of the odor to human stimulation.
If you put a microscope on the bench, the airflow of the vertical air supply will be blocked by the microscope, this situation should choose the horizontal air, but the general experiments are vertical, and the glass door is generally moved up and down.
In general, there is no obvious advantage or disadvantage between horizontal and vertical air supply, so choose the right type according to your experimental requirements.
The length of service life of the bench is related to the cleanliness of the air.
In temperate regions the bench can be used in general laboratories, however, in tropical or subtropical regions, where the atmosphere contains a high level of pollen, or where there is a lot of dust, the bench should be placed in a better room with double doors.
