What is the difference between a clean table and a vertical flow table?

Ultra-clean table and vertical flow table are not completely different types of equipment, a vertical flow table is a type of ultra-clean table. The ultra-clean table can be divided into vertical flow ultra-clean table and horizontal flow ultra-clean table according to the direction of airflow. The following is the difference between the vertical flow ultra-clean table and the horizontal flow ultra-clean table:
Airflow direction
Vertical flow ultra-clean table: the fan is at the top, and the air is blown vertically down after being filtered by the high-efficiency filter, separated in the middle of the operation area, and sucked away by the front air suction hole and the rear suction window to form a cycle.
Horizontal flow ultra-clean table: The air flows horizontally after being filtered by the high-efficiency filter, blowing out from one side to the other, forming a one-way laminar flow in the working area.
Application scenario
Vertical flow ultra-clean workbench: the wind blows vertically, can guarantee the health of the witness, widely used in medicine and health, biopharmaceutical, medical science experiments, aseptic microbial inspection, and other fields with high protection requirements for operators, but also suitable for the experimental environment requirements, the need to avoid airflow interference scenes, such as precision instrument manufacturing, optical experiments.
Horizontal flow ultra-clean workbench: wind longing, used in the electronics industry and other areas with high product protection requirements and relatively little impact on operators. For example, the production and testing of electronic components, as well as the assembly of some electrostatic-sensitive electronic products.
Convenience of operation
Vertical flow ultra-clean workbench: usually equipped with glass doors, mostly up and down, can effectively prevent external air penetration and operation odor stimulation of the human body but may limit the operating space and vision to a certain extent.
Horizontal flow ultra-clean workbench: there is generally no glass in front, which is more convenient for operators to use, allowing large experimental equipment, such as microscopes, to be placed on the workbench, but it is also more susceptible to external airflow.
Noise level
Vertical flow ultra-clean table: Because the fan is at the top, close to the operator, the noise is relatively large.
Horizontal flow ultra-clean workbench: the fan is relatively far away, the noise is small, and the operator can provide a quiet working environment.
