What is an air shower?Air shower are a necessary access point to clean rooms and can reduce the contamination problems associated with entering and leaving clean rooms.The air shower room is a general purpose local purification equipment, installed between the clean room and the non-clean room. When people and goods enter the clean area, they need to be showered by the air shower room. The clean air blown from it can remove the dust carried by people and goods, which can effectively block or reduce the dust source into the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower/cargo shower room are electronically interlocked, which also acts as an airlock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area. Acceptance methods 1 General requirements 1.1 Test environment The performance test shall be carried out in a laboratory meeting the following environmental requirements: a) Temperature: 5°C to 35°C. b) Relative humidity: 35%~85%. 1.2 Power supply 1.2.1 Deviation of the power supply voltage: ±10% of the rated voltage. 1.2.2 Deviation of power supply frequency: ±2Hz (based on the rated frequency). 2 Test apparatus (air shower room circuit board) 2.1 The test apparatus shall be sent to the metrological test institution with the qualification of calibration on a regular basis for calibration, and the test apparatus shall be put into use only after it has been tested and calibrated, and shall be used within the specified validity period. 2.2 The following instruments are required for the test. a) Particle counter (particle size resolution starting from 0.3 μm). b) Thermal sphere anemometer with a measurement error of ≤ ± 3% of full scale. c) Sound level meter, with a desirable measurement range of 40 dB(A) to 100 dB(A). d) Illuminance meter, with a measurement range of 0 lx ~ 1000 lx. e) Leakage current meter. f) Earth resistance tester. g) voltage resistance tester, output 50Hz, basic sine wave 1500V, and the duration can be set in the range of 1s ~ 60s. 3 Appearance requirements The appearance requirements are checked by visual inspection. |
