What is a clean bench?

A clean bench, also called an ultra-clean bench, is an air purification device that can provide a local dust-free and sterile working environment.
Its role is extensive and important. In electronics, biology, medicine, precision instruments, and other industries, it protects high-cleanliness operations. It can protect the health of operators, improve process conditions, and improve product quality and yield.
Its basic working principle is: that the indoor air is first filtered by the pre-filter, then pressed into the static pressure box by a small centrifugal fan, and then filtered by the air high-efficiency filter. The clean airflow blown out from the air outlet surface of the high-efficiency air filter has a certain and uniform cross-sectional wind speed. This airflow can remove the original air in the working area and take away dust particles and biological particles, thereby forming a sterile and high-cleanliness working environment.
For example, in biological laboratories, clean benches can ensure that experimental samples are not contaminated by the outside world; in the pharmaceutical industry, it ensures the purity of the drug production process. The cleanliness level it provides can reach level 100, and for dust with a particle size of ≥0.5μm, the number is usually no more than 3.5 particles/liter. Moreover, there are two types, horizontal laminar flow type and vertical laminar flow type, which can be selected according to different needs.
