What is a Class 1,000 clean room? What are the characteristics?

Thousands of clean sheds using an iron squared spray, stainless steel squared, aluminum profiles as a framework, FFU fan filtration unit, surrounded by hanging anti-static curtains or toughened glass, the internal purification level can reach the static 100-10,000 level (U.S. Federal 209E standards). The clean shed is suitable for the operation area within the local purification level requirements of the region.

    Thousands of clean rooms refer to a certain space within the scope of the air particles, harmful air, bacteria, and other pollutants excluded, and will be the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air velocity, airflow distribution, noise and vibration, and lighting, static electricity control in a certain range of needs, and give a special design of the room.

Influencing factors

    There are many factors affecting the airflow in the clean room, such as process equipment, personnel, clean room assembly materials, lighting equipment, etc. Meanwhile, the airflow diversion point above the production equipment should also be included in the consideration factors. Generally, the airflow diversion point on the surface of the operating table or production equipment should be set at 2/3 of the distance between the cleanroom space and the partition wall plate, so that when the operators work, the airflow can flow from the inside of the process area to the operation area, and take away the dust; if the diversion point is configured in the front of the process area, it will become an inappropriate airflow diversion, and then the majority of the airflow will flow to the back of the process area, and the dust caused by the operator's operation will be brought to the back of the equipment, and the table will thus be subject to the airflow diversion. Dust caused by the operator's operation will be carried to the back of the equipment, the worktable will be contaminated, and the yield rate will be reduced. The obstacles such as the working table in the clean room will have a vortex phenomenon when they are connected, and the cleanliness will be relatively poor in the vicinity. Drilling return air holes on the working table will reduce the vortex phenomenon at the lowest level; whether or not the selection of assembly materials is appropriate and whether or not the layout of the equipment is perfect are also important factors for whether or not the airflow becomes a vortex phenomenon. Fan from the top of the FFU air intake, filtered by the primary filter, high-efficiency filters, filtered clean air in the entire air surface to 0.45m / s ± 20% of the wind speed uniform speed sent to the clean shed. The formation of a uniform flow layer, so that the clean air flow is vertical unidirectional flow, thus ensuring the required cleanliness in the work area. A clean room is a simple clean room that can be set up quickly, with fast installation, a short construction period, low price, easy to move, and other characteristics, the main production process is controlled in a smaller environment and is also the best choice for clean room design.

Thousands of clean shed features:

The clean room as a whole adopts several materials such as cold rolled steel spraying, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy.

Relative to ultra-clean bench internal effective space is larger;

Relative to the traditional clean room, a clean shed has the advantages of fast construction, low cost, and low requirements for floor height.

The clean room adopts the system of wind volume which can be striped to ensure that the wind speed in the working area is in the ideal state.

The clean room is suitable for clean production lines and is easy to be used by many people.

Convenient to move (optional universal wheels)
