What is a Class 100 clean room?

It is a class 100 clean room, the main reason why it is called a class 100 clean room is that its internal cleanliness can reach purification class 100, it is in the chaotic flow clean room space with anti-static transparent plastic cloth surrounded by a small space, using independent HEPA high-efficiency filter or ULPA high-efficiency filter and air conditioning fan set and become a higher level of clean room, its level is 100 ~ 10000 class, the internal space height is about 2-3 meters, covering an area of about general within 100 square meters, four pillars can be installed with movable wheels, can be flexible use.

Class 100 clean shed structure The clean laminar flow hoods FFU and high-efficiency filters are placed on the brackets of the scaffolding supported by stainless steel mesh brackets.
The top is covered by blind panels with tight seams, surrounded by anti-static curtains, and the bottom of the surrounding area uses positive pressure to naturally exhaust air, etc. so that the cleanliness in the clean shed area reaches class 1000.
The clean shed has the characteristics of quick installation, short construction period, low price, and easy movement, such as assembly line operation area, and high precision product assembly area.

Hundred Cleanroom Materials
There are three types of frames for the cleanroom: stainless steel square, iron square, and aluminum profile.
There are three kinds of materials for the top of the cleanroom: stainless steel plate, cold rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic, anti-static grid curtain, (anti-static) acrylic plate.
For the clean air supply part, FFU laminar flow hoods (FFU laminar flow air supply units) are generally chosen.
The enclosure material of class 100 clean room generally includes anti-static curtain, (anti-static) acrylic board.

Description of the purification level of class 100 clean room
Most of our customers choose Class 1000 cleanroom or Class 10,000 cleanroom, while a small number of customers choose Class 100 or Class 10,000.
In short, the choice of clean room level depends on the customer's need for cleanliness, but because the clean room is relatively closed, such as the choice of clean room level is relatively low, will often bring some side effects: the lack of cooling, staff in the 100 level clean room will feel more stuffy, so the actual communication process with customers, need to pay attention to this point.

Cost comparison between a class 100 clean room and a clean room
In general, most customers will build a hundred clean sheds within the clean room, but some customers do not want to build a separate clean workshop, in the hundred clean sheds without considering the air conditioning system and air shower room, the transfer window, and other purification equipment, the cost of the hundred clean sheds is about 40% to 60% of the cost of the clean workshop, depending on the customer's choice of materials for the hundred clean shed, and the size of the hundred clean sheds.
The larger the area to be cleaned, the smaller the difference in cost between a class 100 clean room and a clean room.
They can be used individually or in combination.
Less investment, quicker results, easier installation, and lower running costs than civil engineering or assembly cleanrooms.
The modular structure makes it easy to improve the cleanliness level, is expandable, and has a high reuse value.
Easy to move (universal wheels can be installed)

The advantages of class 100 clean room
Economical —— compared to traditional civil construction clean rooms, the cost is greatly reduced.

High efficiency —— Provides clean vertical airflow to maintain cleanliness in the room.
With independent air conditioning and return air system, easy and flexible spacing, low construction cost, and effective isolation of people from equipment and products, human interference and pollution can be minimized, thus improving the product qualification rate.

Convenience —— A standard 10′ x 10′ cleanroom takes only a few hours to install and is easier to dismantle, more flexible, shorter construction period, and better relocation.
Flexibility —— The stand type can increase the number of FFUs from class 10,000 to class 100 cleanliness levels.

Commonly used class 100 cleanrooms are classified as follows:
