What is a 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling?

The 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling is a modularly designed operating room air supply ceiling that is used to solve the problems of traditional integral air supply ceilings. Traditional integrated air supply ceilings are large in size, heavy, inconvenient to transport and store, difficult to install, and have little versatility. To overcome these problems, the 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling adopts a modular design, making installation and transportation more convenient. Multiple modules can be combined at will to suit operating room needs of different sizes. It is also easier to replace the filter and the supply airflow is more even. The 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling has a simple structure, has good cleaning and dust removal effects, and meets the laminar flow requirements for clean surgery.

The 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling adopts a modular design with a reasonable structure. After more than ten years of actual hospital use experience, it complies with international and domestic standards. It is divided into Class I, II, and III operating rooms for use. The box body is made of cold plate spray plastic, and the lower frame is entirely made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and durable. During the installation process, connect the modules through the hanging keel, adjust the height of the module to make it horizontal, and connect the air supply duct to start work. Depending on the needs, different numbers of modules can be used to form the air supply ceiling.

The structure of the 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling is simple and consists of booms, hanging keels, single-slot and double-slot air supply ceiling modules, air duct flanges, keel slots, high-efficiency filters, protrusions, and air supply inlets. The specific plan is as follows :

    1. The single-slot/double-slot air supply ceiling module is made of steel plate and made into a hollow rectangular parallelepiped. A high-efficiency filter is fixedly installed in the center of the cuboid to filter impurities in the air. An air outlet is opened on the top of the cuboid and an air duct flange is installed for sending out the filtered air. An air outlet is provided at the bottom to allow air to flow out smoothly. The left and right upper corners are respectively made into concave first-level stepped corners. To increase the stability of the structure, keel grooves are fixedly connected to the stepped corners.

    2. To hang the double-slot air supply ceiling module or the single-slot air supply ceiling module, aluminum alloy extruded hanging keels are used. The cross-section of the hanging keel is made into a groove, one of which is inserted into the keel groove of the double-slot air supply ceiling module or the single-slot air supply ceiling module to ensure a firm assembly. On the other side of the groove, a through hole is drilled and internal threads are made to connect with the suspender threads to achieve suspended installation of the ceiling module. This design not only facilitates installation but also improves the stability of the overall structure.

    3. To prevent air leakage, a leakage barrier layer is installed so that the high-efficiency filter no longer has to be installed at the air supply end in the conventional mode, thereby reducing the floor height of the building and facilitating the installation and maintenance of the filter. In addition, the leak-proof layer can once again reduce the dust concentration in the room and expand the area of the clean area. It is suitable for operating rooms and turbulent flow clean rooms including one-way flow areas with level 100.

In short, the 10,000-level laminar flow air supply ceiling meets the needs of the operating room with its convenient installation and maintenance, flexible combination and adjustment, and high-quality air supply effect.
