What cleaning measures should be taken for personnel entering the cleanroom?

To protect the cleanliness of the air in the clean room from external contamination, personnel entering the clean room should take some necessary cleaning measures. Personnel cleaning measures can include the following aspects:

1) Washing

Before entering the clean room, wash off the hands, face, and even the whole body epidermis with water to remove temporary attachments and accumulated body surface secretions.

2) Changing clothes and shoes

To reduce the amount of contaminants brought into the cleanroom from the outside, people entering the cleanroom usually change their shoes and clothes. Generally, the requirement for work clothes is not only high surface cleanliness but also easy removal of contaminants. They also cover a large portion of the body like a filter, allowing dust and bacteria scattered by the body to be filtered out and left on the side of the body. At the same time, static electricity should not be easy to generate. Shoes carry the most dirt when you are out and about, and should be pre-treated at the entrance by washing, vacuuming, and taping to avoid excessive foyer contamination.

3) Air air shower

The air shower room is a temporary accessory that uses high-speed clean air to blow on the surface of full-body clothing and bare hands. Measures such as washing, changing clothes, and blowing air can reduce to a certain extent the external pollutants carried by the human body and clothes, reduce the pollution of the clean room caused by direct contact, and isolate most of the body and underwear from the indoor air.

The blowing time of the human body air shower room is related to the blowing wind speed. The shorter the blowing time, the greater the blowing wind speed. Conversely, it can be smaller. The general blowing time can be adjusted between 10-60s.

The air shower room generally includes a fan, primary air filter, high-efficiency filter, static pressure box, nozzle, intelligent control system, and so on.

4) Air curtain and airlock

Because the air shower room is often located at the entrance of the clean area, directly adjacent to the clean area, and the two ends of the door are often interlocked open and close, it is not only used for personnel purification but also play the role of the airlock to prevent outdoor pollution. In the personnel purification requirements are not high at the entrance to the clean room, sometimes using the airlock with the air curtain. At the entrance of the clean room, a unit with medium and high-efficiency filters is set up on the roof, and the airflow is ejected downward through the slit to form an air curtain to block the pollution.
