What can be done to improve the cleanliness of clean rooms?

Clean Booth is a local high cleanliness purification equipment, that wants to improve the cleanliness of the clean booth first of all to understand the reasons for the lack of cleanliness of the clean booth.

I. Clean booth cleanliness is not enough reasons

1. Clean booth purification cycle air volume is insufficient;

2. Clean booth FFU air supply airflow arrangement is not appropriate.

3. Purification cycle air volume is insufficient due to the FFU inhalation of the return air volume is small, and can not effectively purify the air in the clean booth cycle;

4. FFU air supply is not arranged in the important production process above the machine, and can not effectively form the air supply surface or clean air supply airflow.

II. Cleanliness improvement program.

1. Clean booth is placed in the cleanliness Class10,000 workshop, no need to do its FFU static pressure box to protect the FFU, it is recommended to remove the FFU static pressure box, to increase the FFU suction and return air volume, effective clean booth air purification cycle, at the same time, but also with the environment of the clean room shared air-conditioning to meet the requirements of temperature and humidity in the clean booth.

2. Adjust the location of FFU, arranged in the important production process above the machine, and the formation of clean airflow.

III. Cleanliness static test:

Clean booth construction and transformation are completed to test the cleanliness of its transformation results to see whether the requirements have been met. Specific testing methods and testing standards are as follows:

Minimum number of sampling points NL

measured point NL 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Area of clean area
A(m2)
2.1~6.0 6.1~12.0 12.1~20.0 20.1~30.0 30.1~42.0 42.1~56.0 56.1~72.0 72.1~90.0 90.1~110.0
Note: 1. In the horizontal unidirectional flow, the area A is perpendicular to the direction of air flow and the area of the cross-section of the flowing air
2. Minimum number of sampling points NL = A0.5 calculation (rounded to the nearest whole number)

In order to ensure the objectivity and authenticity of the test data, the number of personnel in the test environment is 1-2 persons.
Dust particle counters should be left to stand for 5 minutes at each point before sampling begins.
