What are the precautions for the daily maintenance of the anti-static ultra-clean workbench?

The daily maintenance of the anti-static ultra-clean workbench is essential to maintain its performance and extend its service life, and the following are some considerations:
Cleaning aspect
Surface cleaning: Before and after work every day, use a clean anti-static cloth to wipe the workbench and the surrounding area to remove dust, stains, and debris. For stubborn stains, a mild cleaner can be used, but make sure that the cleaner will not cause damage to the anti-static coating or material of the workbench. After wiping, wipe again with a clean damp cloth to remove the residual cleaner.
Filter cleaning: The pre-filter generally needs to be cleaned every 1-2 weeks depending on the environment and frequency of use. It can be removed, rinsed with water, or vacuumed to remove the dust on the surface, and then installed again after it is completely dry. High-efficiency air filters (HEPA) usually can not be washed, if there is obvious dust on the surface, the vacuum cleaner can be used to carefully remove the surface dust, generally every year to check its filtration effect, if necessary to replace it.
Internal cleaning: Open the side panel or backplane of the workbench periodically (for example, once a month) to clean the internal fans and air ducts to prevent dust accumulation from affecting air circulation and device performance.
Esd system maintenance
Grounding check: Check the grounding system of the workbench every week to ensure that the grounding cable is firmly connected and the grounding resistance meets requirements. Generally, the grounding resistance should not exceed 10 ohms. Use a ground resistance tester to detect the fault. If the ground resistance is abnormal, locate the cause and rectify the fault in time.
Maintenance of ESD materials: Check whether the ESD materials, such as the workbench and seat, are damaged or aged. If the anti-static rubber table is found to have cracks and wear, it should be replaced in time. Regularly clean and replace consumable items such as ESD clothes and gloves to maintain their ESD performance.
Static eliminator check: If the workbench is equipped with a static eliminator, it is necessary to regularly check whether its working status is normal, and it is generally a functional test once a week. The electrostatic tester can be used to test whether the electrostatic eliminator can effectively eliminate static electricity. If the performance is found to be degraded or faulty, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
Electrical and mechanical component maintenance
Electrical system inspection: Check the power cord, plug, socket, etc. of the workbench every month to ensure that the electrical connection is safe and reliable. At the same time, check the operation of electrical equipment such as fans and ultraviolet lamps. If there are abnormal noise, flicker, and other problems, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
Fan maintenance: The fan is an important part of the ultra-clean workbench, and the operating status and wind speed of the fan should be checked regularly. Generally, check the impeller of the fan every quarter for dust accumulation and loosening, and clean and tighten it if necessary. According to the use of the fan, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the fan every year or every two years to extend its service life.
Transmission parts inspection: For the workbench with adjustable height or mobile function, it is necessary to regularly check its transmission parts, such as screw, nut, pulley, etc., to ensure that it is well-lubricated, no lag, wear, and other phenomena, and add the appropriate amount of lubricating oil to these parts every month, and carry out manual operation test to ensure that it runs smoothly.
Other notes
Environment requirements: The workbench should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated room, away from direct sunlight and damp environment, and free from strong electromagnetic field interference and strong vibration sources to ensure the normal operation of the workbench.
Use records: Establish the use and maintenance records of the workbench, record the time, content, discovered problems, and processing results of each cleaning and maintenance, so as to timely understand the operating status of the equipment and provide reference for subsequent maintenance and repair.
Training and operation specifications: Train the personnel using the workbench, so that they are familiar with the operation methods and maintenance precautions of the workbench, and strictly follow the operation rules to avoid damage to the device due to improper operation.
