What are the installation steps for liquid tank high-efficiency filters?

       Liquid trough high-efficiency filter is a new filtration equipment, which has different technology in design and adopts professional paper folding machine and computer design of folding shape, folding distance, and folding height. This time, we will tell you what are the installation steps of liquid through a high-efficiency filter. The details are as follows:
       1. Make the direction of airflow the same as the arrow direction of the outer frame when installing. When installing the filter assembled with a corrugated plate vertically, the corrugated plate must be perpendicular to the ground and cannot be inverted. Hold the filter gently when installing it, and do not knock or collide it with tools in a polluted factory. Do not touch the filter paper with hands or tools, or damage the filter material or sealant.
       2、Installation forms are clean room installation and ceiling or technical sandwich installation Clean room installation means that the filter can be installed and replaced in a clean room. Ceiling or technical sandwich installation means that it is only installed in the ceiling or technical sandwich to strengthen the filter.
       3、Liquid tank filter and frame: the sealing between gasket, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing, and so on. When sealing with gaskets, closed-cell sponge rubber sheets or neoprene rubber sheets are usually used, but silicone rubber can also be used to seal after coating. The thickness of the gasket is usually 6-8mm, and the joining method of the gasket is the same as that of the gasket for the flange connection of the pipeline of the air purification system, which adopts a trapezoidal or tongue-and-groove joining.
       4. The gasket should be affixed to the frame of the filter, and the compression rate of the gasket should be 25%-50% after installation. When dealing with a liquid tank, the liquid level height of the liquid tank should meet the design requirements. Usually, it is 2/3 of the depth of the sealing groove, and the melting point of the sealing liquid should be higher than 50. there should be no immersion in the connecting parts of the frame. Impregnate the cutter-type filter in the sealing groove during installation.
