What are the filters used for HEPA filters ?

HEPA (High efficiency particulate air filter), a filter that meets the HEPA standard, has an efficiency of 99.998% for 0.1 micron and 0.3 micron. HEPA mesh is characterised by the fact that air can pass through but fine particles cannot.
It is the most effective filtering medium for pollutants such as smoke, dust and bacteria, with an efficiency of over 99.7% for particles over 0.3 microns (1/200th of the diameter of a hair). (Smoke particles from smoking are 0.5 microns in diameter). It is internationally recognised as the most efficient filtration material.
It is widely used in high cleanliness areas such as operating theatres, animal laboratories, crystal experiments and aviation.
1. Seamless sealing technology for better and more durable sealing and less leakage.
2. Double-sided metal mesh guard for the filter media.
3. Available in 50mm, 69mm, 90mm and other thicknesses.
4. MPPS efficiency: 95%-99.999995% (EN1882) by laser scanning count.
5. Filtration grade: H11-H14, U15, U16 (EN1822).

The high efficiency air filter can be widely used in the air conditioning end of the clean room in the industries of optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biological medicine, precision instruments, beverage and food, PCB printing, etc.
