What are the factors that affect the air quality of the air shower room?

The air shower room is a necessary passage for goods to enter and exit the clean room and also serves as an airlock to seal the clean room. To reduce the large number of dust particles brought by the goods entering and exiting, the clean air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is sprayed from all directions by the rotatable nozzle to the goods, effectively and quickly removing the dust particles. The removed dust particles are then filtered by the primary and high-efficiency filters and recirculated to the air shower area.
To achieve the effect of blowing, the wind speed of the nozzle outlet designed by the air shower machine can reach more than 25m/s, and the wind speed blowing to the surface of the goods is as low as 18m/s. The air shower machine provides a modular assembly method, which can be assembled into air shower sizes of various lengths according to actual needs.
Several factors affect the air quality of the air shower room:
1. The operators in the clean room must work strictly by the operating rules of the clean room. The doors and windows of the clean room should be closed at all times. There should be a buffer zone for the transfer of people and objects between the clean room and the non-clean room, and there should be wind shower equipment to prevent the convection of airflow. People who are not related to production are not allowed to enter the clean room.
2. The ventilation frequency of the clean room and the air supply volume of the air conditioning purification system are the primary internal factors for maintaining the positive pressure and cleanliness of the clean room, but it is limited by the final resistance of the filters at all levels in the purification system.
3. The equipment in the clean room requires regular, regular, and fixed personnel for cleaning and maintenance, and whether the materials and cleaning liquids used in cleaning meet the requirements of cleanroom management.
4. For users, the cleanliness of the room is their most important focus. The biggest source of pollution in the operating room is people and objects entering the clean room. Dust particles generated during production are also another reason that affects the cleanliness of the room.
5. The reasonable diversion of people and logistics is of great significance to protecting the cleanliness of the room. Whether people change clothes and shower before entering the clean room, whether their clothes meet the standards of clean management standards, and some personnel with special production processes that have high requirements for cleanliness need to take a shower before entering; whether the packaging of objects is replaced and showered before entering the clean room, and whether the replaced materials meet the clean room standards, etc.
