Installation workers should sit at appropriate heights on both sides of the herringbone pedal and push the high-efficiency filter into the air supply port in parallel. There are four pressure plate fittings in total. Two of the pressure plate fittings should be installed diagonally and do not tighten them at first.
    After all four pressure plate brackets are installed, use your fingers and visual inspection to adjust the filter so that the surrounding gaps become even, the width of the sealing compression surface narrows and becomes even, and the sealing performance is improved.
    If you do not need to detect leaks in the filter and surrounding gaps, you can install wipe-clean high-efficiency air diffuser panels. When it is necessary to check for leakage, install the diffuser plate after passing the leakage check. When installing the diffusion plate, correspond to the positive high-efficiency filter, and the surrounding gaps should be consistent to prevent the bolts from being overtightened.
    The scrubbing of the diffuser plate must be done by the responsible person. Because general diffusers are not scrubbed before leaving the factory, they should be cleaned with detergent water to remove oil and dust before installation. Wash with tap water, wipe off the remaining water with a dry cloth that cannot remove fibers, and store in a clean environment for standby.
    The air shower is a necessary passage for people to enter and exit the clean room, and it also functions as an airlock to seal the clean room. To reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by people entering and exiting, the clean air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is optional The nozzles spray onto the person from all directions, effectively and quickly eliminating dust particles. Before the air shower is manufactured and shipped from the factory, the air shower needs to be inspected to ensure that the air shower meets the quality standards and that the filtration level, clean airflow speed, etc. meet relevant standards.
    The detection and test methods of the air shower room include high-efficiency filter leakage detection, average wind speed detection of nozzle airflow, pressure difference detection between the inside and outside of the air shower room, withstand voltage detection and insulation resistance, etc., to ensure that all indicators of the air shower room are qualified and comply with relevant regulations.
