What are the daily maintenance methods of the horizontal flow table?

The daily maintenance method of the horizontal flow table is similar to that of the ultra-clean table and the vertical flow table, but it also has some characteristics. The following is the specific method of daily maintenance:
Clean work area
Surface wiping: Before and after each use, use 75% alcohol to wipe the work surface, inner wall glass baffle, and other parts to remove dust, stains, and possible residual microorganisms. For nooks and crannies that are not easy to wipe, a small cleaning tool can be used to clean them.
Deep cleaning: Regular (usually once a month) deep cleaning, use a mild detergent to wipe the workbench thoroughly, and then wipe clean with water to remove long-term accumulation of dirt, and finally disinfect with alcohol.
Filter maintenance
Primary filter: Check the status of the primary filter every week, if there is more dust on the surface, it should be cleaned or replaced in time. When cleaning, the filter can be removed, washed with water, or vacuumed to remove dust, dry, and put back. If the filter is damaged or the filter effect is still poor after cleaning, a new filter should be replaced in time.
High-efficiency filter: at least once a year, ask professionals to use equipment such as particle counters to test the performance of high-efficiency filters. If it is found that the filtration efficiency of the high-efficiency filter decreases, resulting in the cleanliness of the working area is not up to standard, or the use time reaching the manufacturer's specified years, even if the detection indicators are qualified, the replacement of the high-efficiency filter should be considered to ensure the purification effect of the workbench.
Fan inspection and maintenance
Operating status monitoring: Each time you use the workbench, pay attention to the operation of the fan, including whether the speed of the fan is stable, there is no abnormal noise, etc. If the fan speed is found to be significantly slow or abnormal sound, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Regular maintenance: Every 3-6 months, the fan is maintained once. The maintenance content includes cleaning the dust on the fan impeller and shell, checking whether the bearing of the fan is well lubricated, and adding the appropriate amount of lubricating oil if necessary. At the same time, check whether the power cord and plug of the fan are loose or damaged. If there is a problem, repair or replace it in time.
Electrical system maintenance
Circuit check: Check the electrical circuit of the workbench every month to see whether the wires are aging, damaged, short-circuit, etc. If the wire skin is found to be damaged or signs of aging, the wire should be replaced in time to prevent leakage or short-circuit accidents.
Grounding detection: Periodically use a grounding resistance tester to check the grounding resistance of the workbench and ensure that the grounding resistance meets relevant safety standards (generally no more than 4 ohms). If the grounding resistance is abnormal, locate the cause and rectify the fault in time to ensure the safety of the operators.
Air flow regulation and detection
Daily observation: In the process of use, pay attention to the uniformity and stability of the airflow in the working area. If it is found that the airflow is uneven or there is a local eddy current phenomenon, it may be caused by the filter blockage or fan failure, and it is necessary to troubleshoot and solve the problem in time.
Regular detection: At least once a year to detect the airflow speed, the anemometer can be used in different positions of the working area to measure, to ensure that the airflow speed is in line with the specified parameters of the equipment (general horizontal flow table airflow speed between 0.3-0.6m /s). If the airflow speed is not within the specified range, it can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the fan or checking the resistance of the filter.
