What are the common types of hepa box?

High-efficiency air supply vents have a great impact on the interior decorative effect. There are two common materials for high-efficiency air intake: one is ABS air intake and the other is the aluminum alloy air intake. Both types of air vents have advantages and disadvantages.ABS air vents are made of ABS engineering material, which is not easy to condense. However, due to the material having a certain coefficient of thermal expansion and cold contraction, it will produce a squeaking sound during the use of the process, and the wind gap in the low temperature of winter will also produce a slight arch. The air gap will turn yellow after long-term use and is not easy to clean. Aluminum alloy wind gap, the advantage is not easy to deform, not easy to discolor. However, because the heat transfer rate of aluminum alloy is very fast, it is easy to condense during summer use.

The effect of a high-efficiency air supply outlet is similar to the diffusion effect. When the filter material has static electricity (electret material), the longer the dust stays in the filter material, the easier it is to be adsorbed by the material. The filtration efficiency of the air outlet with electrostatic material will change significantly when you change the wind speed. If you know there is the static electricity in the material, you should design your air conditioning system to reduce the amount of air passing through each filter.

According to the traditional theory, when the wind speed is reduced, the probability of dust colliding with fibers will be reduced, and the filtration efficiency will also be reduced. However, in practice, this effect is not obvious because, with lower wind speeds, fibers bounce back into the dust less and are more likely to stick.

High-efficiency air intakes have high wind speeds and high resistance. If the life of the filter is based on the final resistance and high wind speed, the life of the filter is short. It is difficult for the average user to observe the effect of wind speed on filter efficiency, but it is easier to observe the effect of wind speed on resistance.

For high-efficiency filters, the airflow velocity through the filter media is generally 0.01 ~ 0.04m/s, in this range, the filter's high-efficiency air supply resistance is directly proportional to the filtered air volume. For example, the initial resistance of a 484×484×220mm high-efficiency air filter is 250Pa when the rated airflow is 1000m3/h, and the initial resistance is 125Pa when the actual airflow is 500m3/h.

Single-layer high-efficiency air supply outlet features.
1. Single-layer adjustable blade, can get different air supply distances and diffusion angles.
2. It can be used for both supply and return air.
3. Aluminium or iron can be used
4. When it is an air supply outlet, it should be matched with the adjustment valve.
5. When it is a return air outlet, it can be made into an open structure and used with a filter.
