    High-temperature-resistant filters can be divided into two types according to working efficiency: high-temperature-resistant primary filters and high-temperature-resistant high-efficiency filters. Customers can choose according to their requirements. The filter materials are mainly special organic synthetic fibers or glass fiber materials. This material can improve filtration efficiency and better filtration accuracy. The external protective mesh is made of aluminum mesh or stainless steel wire mesh, which is strong and durable and will not rust during use. It is made of stainless steel, aluminum frame, galvanized plate outer frame, and sealed with special high-temperature resistant sealant. It is suitable for temperatures within 240 degrees Celsius and can withstand moisture up to 80%. Suitable for general high-temperature workshop air filtration systems.
    High-temperature resistant filter product features:
    1. The high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter is mainly used to filter airborne particles above 0.3um and serves as the terminal filtration of various filtration systems.
    2. The filter material is made of high-humidity-resistant ultra-fine glass fiber paper, separated by aluminum foil plates. Corrugated paper separators or aluminum foil separators maintain equal intervals between each pleated paper, making it easy for airflow to pass through, ensuring effective use of filter media and increasing strength.
    3. The filter is surrounded by a special sealant to ensure the sealing of the entire filter.
    4. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low resistance, large dust-holding capacity, and resistance to high humidity.
    The filter materials of high-temperature resistant filters generally use special organic synthetic fibers or glass fiber materials.      The high-temperature-resistant filter uses a separator design. The corrugated separator can reliably maintain the pleat spacing and maximize the use of the filter material with low resistance. The filter has 180 pleats on both sides. When the filter material is bent, There are two indentations, and the partition is opened into a wedge-shaped box pleat at the end. The wedge-shaped box pleat can prevent damage to the filter material.
    For high-temperature resistant filters, the installation direction needs to be correct: when using a corrugated plate combination filter, the corrugated plate needs to be perpendicular to the ground when installed vertically, and the connection between the vertical part of the filter and the frame is strictly prohibited. Deformation, damage glue leakage, etc., the inner wall needs to be cleaned after installation to be free of floating dust, oil, rust, and debris.
     The filter material of the high-temperature resistant filter needs to have sufficient mechanical strength under high-temperature conditions to improve the stability of the filter material in production and use. Generally, the breaking strength of fibers used in industrial high-temperature flue gas filter materials is relatively high, at least not less than 0.5N/tex. The filter equipment made by folding high-strength filter materials has strong impact resistance, and increases the effective filtration area, thereby improving its filtration performance, which has great practical significance.
