In general, when the final resistance of the filter is 2 times the initial resistance, it should be replaced. 2. The cleanliness of the clean area should be tested regularly, and the number of tests should meet the design requirements of the clean plant. If it does not meet the requirements, the filter should be scanned and the sealing of the system should be checked. If the filter is leaking, it should be glued or replaced. When the system is used again after a long period of disuse, the clean room should be scanned. 3.
