Ultra-low resistance high-efficiency filter unit

Ultra-low resistance high-efficiency filter unit

(I) What is an ultra-low resistance high-efficiency filter unit
Ultra-low resistance high-efficiency filter unit generally has an initial resistance of about 15Pa. It uses ultra-low resistance chemical fiber paper as filter material, and adhesive paperboard as a separator, which is glued to the outer frame. It is mainly used to capture dust particles below 5um and various suspended matter. Through the supply and return air device box, ultra-low resistance filter, aluminum alloy louver (grille) air outlet with filter, etc., it can achieve efficient air purification. Its operating temperature can reach 80℃, humidity is 80%, and product efficiency is F8. For example, it is widely used in hospital consulting rooms, treatment rooms, medication rooms, dressing examination rooms, emergency rooms, washing and disinfection preparation rooms, dialysis rooms, and even ICUs where fan coil air conditioning is used, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places that need to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health's "Sanitary Standards for Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places".
(II) Differences from other filters
Compared with primary filters, primary air filters have the characteristics of low initial resistance. They are generally used for primary filtration in air conditioning systems. They mainly capture dust particles with a particle size of 5um or above. The filter materials are mostly non-woven fabrics, nylon mesh, metal mesh, or activated carbon. The initial resistance of ultra-low resistance and high-efficiency filter units is also low, at about 15Pa, and they can capture dust particles below 5um and various suspended solids, with higher filtration efficiency.
Compared with medium efficiency filters, medium efficiency air filters have the characteristics of a large filtration area and low resistance. They are widely used in intermediate filtration of central air conditioning ventilation systems. The initial resistance of medium efficiency filters is about 50-90PA, while the initial resistance of ultra-low resistance and high-efficiency filter units is only about 15Pa, and they perform well in fan coil systems with low residual pressure.
Compared with high-efficiency filters, the initial resistance of high-efficiency filters is about 100-220PA. Although the filtration efficiency is high, the resistance is relatively large. The ultra-low resistance and high-efficiency filter unit significantly reduce the resistance while ensuring a filtration efficiency similar to that of a high-efficiency filter. It is generally used in fan coil systems with low residual pressure.
