First of all, the transportation and storage process must be strict to the manufacturer's requirements to operate.
As a high-efficiency filter, the precision of the filter itself is also very high, and the violent vibration and collision in the transportation and storage process will probably lead to damage to the high-efficiency filter parts, so strictly follow the manufacturer's requirements for transportation and storage.


Secondly, before the installation of high-efficiency air filters, the ventilation pipes of the air purification system must be thoroughly cleaned.
The main step of cleaning is to clean the inner wall of the pipes with cleaning agents or pathogen-killing microorganisms before the installation of the ventilation pipes, and what needs to be noted when choosing cleaning agents or pathogen-killing microorganisms is not to cause the pipes to be corroded because of improper selection.

The thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8 mm and the compression rate should be 20 to 30 percent.
The joint form and material should meet the design requirements, and there should be no leakage at the joints of the frame.
When using double-ring sealing tape, do not block the eyelet on the ring cavity when pasting the seal.
Both the double-ring seal and the negative pressure seal must keep the negative pressure pipe open.


Then, when installing the high-efficiency filter, it must be installed by the instruction manual.
What needs to be noted is the direction of airflow, the work of the high-efficiency filter is done based on air circulation, which is essential.
There is also the need to guarantee the sealing of the equipment, only good sealing can guarantee the normal work of the high-efficiency air filter, if there is air flowing into the working space from other places, the work of the high-efficiency filter will be lost before.
