Transfer window common faults and treatment methods

Transfer windows in long-term use often appear different faults, then how should be dealt with? The following are common failures and treatment methods:
Transfer window interlocking failure.
The mechanical interlocking transfer window can not be interlocked for two general reasons.
Due to external pulling force, the interlocking hook is deformed, resulting in the transfer window door can not be closed or opened;
Solution: use pliers to align the hook with the door snap trigger correctly;
Failure of the interlocking mechanical system, usually the internal two hook springs have problems, such as breakage, aging, etc.;
How to solve: open the transmission window repair door, find the spring, replace the spring;
Electronic interlocking transfer windows can not interlocking failure, there are generally three kinds.
1. Transfer window magnetic or switch damage;
2. The transfer window electronic locking system is damaged, resulting in an abnormal transfer window;
3. Transfer window electronic interlocking system failure, generally intermediate relay or power supply damage;
Solution: All the above three faults need to be replaced with the corresponding parts.
