Tips for keeping clean rooms clean

    The grade of clean rooms is closely related to product quality, so for many laboratories, maintaining clean room cleanliness is particularly important. Today I will introduce a few cleanroom maintenance tips to help extend the service life of the clean room:
    Tip 1: When the equipment is out of service for a long time in summer, you can fill the heat exchanger with water (first close the water outlet valve, then close the water inlet valve) to reduce pipe corrosion. However, in winter, the remaining water needs to be drained to avoid freezing and cracking the copper pipes.
    Tip 2: After the equipment has been running for one year, chemical methods need to be used to remove the scale in the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, and the stains on the surface also need to be rinsed.
    Tip three: Regularly check whether any rust or paint is peeling inside the air-conditioning box, water tank, air duct, etc. If necessary, promptly remove the rust and repaint; regularly check whether the air-conditioning valves in various parts are damaged, each switchboard, and the electric control box. 2. Check whether the electrical connections are loose and generate heat, whether the instruments are operating normally, and repair them in time; regularly inspect and calibrate the measurement and control instrument equipment to ensure accurate and reliable control;
     Tip 4: After the primary and medium-efficiency filter bags have been used for some time, they need to be replaced or taken out for patting and backflushing with compressed air, then cleaned with soapy water and dried in the sun before reuse. The maximum number of reuses is 3 times. In addition, after replacing the primary and medium-efficiency filters, the airflow speed still cannot increase. At this time, it is necessary to replace the high-efficiency air filter. The resistance of the high-efficiency air filter reaches 1.5-2 times the initial resistance, and the air volume of the high-efficiency air filter is the original At 70% of the air volume, the high-efficiency air filter also needs to be replaced.
    Tip five: Generally, ultraviolet sterilization lamps need to be replaced after 3000 hours of use, or when the efficiency drops to 70%; they need to be replaced.
