The working principle of VHP windows

The working principle of the VHP transfer window is mainly to use the strong oxidizing property of Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) to achieve sterilization. The specific process is as follows:
1. Stage 1: Preparation: Start the unit to heat or otherwise convert the hydrogen peroxide solution into a vaporized state.
2. Stage 2: Adjustment: The vaporization unit rapidly introduces hydrogen peroxide gas into the inner cavity of the transfer window to increase the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas in the inner cavity of the transfer window.
3. Stage 3: Sterilisation: the vaporization unit introduces hydrogen peroxide gas into the inner cavity of the transfer window at a low speed, to maintain the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas required for the disinfection and sterilization of the inner cavity of the transfer window.
4. Stage 4: Ventilation and Exhaustion: After the completion of the disinfection and sterilization process, the hydrogen peroxide gas concentration inside the transfer window is eliminated until the hydrogen peroxide gas concentration is less than 1ppm.
