The working principle and structural characteristics of the aseptic clean bench

      Aseptic clean bench is a kind of equipment commonly used in biological experiments, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other fields to provide a sterile and clean working environment. It can effectively isolate the outside air and microbial contamination, to protect the purity and quality of experimental samples or products.
  Principle of aseptic clean bench:
  1. High-efficiency filter:
  Equipped with high-efficiency filters inside, usually using high-efficiency filters (HEPA) or ultra-high-efficiency filters (ULPA). These filters can effectively filter out bacteria, viruses, particles, and other harmful substances in the air, so that the quality of air in the work area is improved.
  2. Vertical airflow:

  3. Negative pressure control:

  The workbench is equipped with an electric control system for controlling the operation status of the filters and fans. Through the control panel, the operator can set parameters such as wind speed and timer switch to meet the needs of different experiments and operations.
