In this process, the precise coordination of the chain and sprocket ensures the smoothness and reliability of the transmission, avoids the problem of uneven winding of the filter material, and ensures the continuous and stable operation of the filter device. Automatic control system: The automatic control system is the "brain" of the entire filter device, which realizes real-time monitoring and accurate control of the operating state of the equipment through various sensors and controllers. Among them, the pressure difference sensor is one of the key components of the automatic control system, which can monitor the pressure difference before and after the filter in real-time. When the dusty air passes through the filter, the dust on the surface of the filter material gradually accumulates, the resistance of the filter increases, and the pressure difference rises accordingly. When the pressure difference reaches the set final resistance value, the pressure difference sensor transmits this signal to the controller. After receiving the signal, the controller immediately issues an instruction to start the motor of the transmission system and begin to replace the filter material; When the new clean filter material is replaced, the filter resistance is reduced, and the pressure difference is restored to the set lower limit value, the controller will control the motor to stop rotating and complete a filter material replacement process. In addition, the automatic control system also has a filter material alarm indicator function, when the whole volume of filter material is near to running out, the system will remind the operator to replace the filter material in time through the indicator light or alarm device to ensure the uninterrupted filtration work. |
