The structure and characteristics of the embedded pass box

The structure and characteristics of the embedded pass box

(I) Structural composition
The embedded pass box consists of a box body, left and right boxes and interlocking devices, an upper box body, a lower box body, an inner wall, and a double-door structure. Among them, the interlocking device of the left and right boxes ensures the safety of the pass box and prevents the doors on both sides from being opened at the same time. The inner wall adopts a circular arc design on all sides, which conforms to the clean principle and does not produce dust, carry dust, or fall dust. The double-door structure makes it more convenient to pass items, while also ensuring the sealing of the clean room.
(II) Material classification
According to the box material, it can be divided into stainless steel pass boxes, stainless steel pass boxes with outer steel plates and inner steel plates, etc. Stainless steel pass boxes are made of SUS304, SUS316, etc., with a thickness of generally 0.8 - 1.5mm. The production of embedded pass boxes belongs to thin plate welding, which requires high welding and grinding technology of welders. The inner liner of the pass box is all sanded stainless steel. The price cost of pass boxes of different materials is different, and users can choose according to actual needs.
(III) Interlocking method
The embedded transfer window is divided into two types: electronic interlocking and mechanical interlocking. Electronic interlocking is achieved by replacing the mechanical interlocking system process with an electric interlocking device. For example, two switches cannot be closed simultaneously through an electric lock lever. The mechanical interlocking system achieves interlocking through a mechanical interlocking system process. For example, two switches cannot be closed simultaneously through a mechanical lever. Both interlocking methods can effectively reduce cross-contamination when transferring items.
(IV) Features and advantages
The internal arc is made by the clean principle, without dust, dust, or dust. This design can minimize the generation and accumulation of dust and ensure the cleanliness of the clean room.
Strong sealing performance. Compared with traditional transfer windows, the embedded transfer window has stronger sealing performance, which can effectively prevent unclean air from low-grade rooms from entering high-grade clean rooms when transferring materials.
High-quality plate. The working area is made of sanded stainless steel plate, which is flat, smooth, and wear-resistant. The surface of the box is made of cold plate spraying or all stainless steel plate, which is not only beautiful and generous, but also durable.
Good airtightness. The entrance and exit doors are equipped with mechanical or electronic interlocking devices, and special sealing materials are used to ensure the air-tightness of the transfer window.
Elegant appearance. The embedded door is simple in structure, easy to maintain and operate, high-grade, and beautiful.
High wind speed. With high-efficiency fans and optimized design, the wind speed of the wind nozzle is as high as 20m/s or more, which can quickly and effectively remove dust on the surface of objects.
A variety of accessories are available. According to the production process requirements and user needs, various sizes can be customized, and accessories such as high-efficiency germicidal lamps can be installed to meet the personalized needs of different users.
Widely used. The embedded transfer window is commonly used in microelectronics, laboratories, national defense, precision instruments, meters, biopharmaceuticals, optoelectronics industry, aseptic packaging, and other environments, providing reliable item delivery solutions for these fields.
