The relationship between the service life of the ultra-clean bench and air cleanliness

    Ultra-clean workbench, also known as purification workbench, is designed to adapt to the modern industry, photoelectricity industry, biopharmaceuticals, and scientific research and testing in the field of local work area cleanliness needs. The air is sucked into the pre-filter through the fan and then filtered into the high-efficiency filter through the static pressure box, and then the filtered air is sent out in the state of vertical or horizontal airflow so that the operation area reaches the cleanliness of class 100 to ensure the production of the cleanliness requirements of the environment.
     Ultra-clean workstations are mostly class 100, and mainly divided into two categories, horizontal laminar flow, the other is vertical laminar flow. The operation structure is divided into single-side operation and bilateral operation of two forms, according to its use can be divided into ordinary ultra-clean bench and biological ultra-clean bench.
    The length of service life of the ultra-clean bench is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate regions can be used in the general laboratory ultra-clean table, however, in tropical or subtropical regions, because of the amount of pollen in the atmosphere, or dusty areas, the ultra-clean table should be placed in a better double-door indoor use. Under no circumstances should not be an ultra-clean table air inlet cover to the open door or window, so as not to affect the service life of the filter.
    In the ultra-clean bench can also be suspended in the ultraviolet lamp, but should be installed in the lighting outside the cover, and staggered lighting arrangement, so that the work does not interfere with the lighting. Do not put the ultraviolet lamp into the lighting lampshade (glass plate) inside, because the ultraviolet light can not penetrate the glass, its lamp is quartz glass, rather than silicate glass.
