When the air conditioning compressor is working, the air in the atmosphere is sucked into the duct because of the change in pressure, and then enters the ultra-high efficiency air filter through the duct, after the air enters the ultra-high efficiency air filter, the dust is blocked by the filter cartridge, while more and more dust is filtered by the filter material, a dust film is formed on the surface of the filter material.
A layer of dust film is formed on the surface of the filter media.
When the amount of dust on the surface of the film reaches a certain level, the ultra high-efficiency filter will receive instructions to open the cleaning function, instantly releasing compressed air, blowing the compressed air through the nozzle to the filter material, blowing the dust film off the surface of the filter material and reducing the resistance.
When the resistance is reduced to a sufficient level, the ultra-high efficiency air filter will again issue a command to the control system to switch off the cleaning function and the dust will again form a dust film on the surface of the aluminum material.
