The difference between primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters

     Primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency filters have the following three differences function, material, and precision.
     1, the role of different
     Primary filter: It applies to the primary filtration of the air conditioning system, mainly used for filtering dust particles above 5μm.

     High-efficiency filter: it adopts ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film, and other materials as dividing plate, and is glued with a wooden frame and aluminum alloy.

     The air filter is the key equipment in the purification and air-conditioning system, which provides clean air for the clean room through the step-by-step filtration of the filter.      1、Use
     The primary filter is also known as the coarse filter, the primary filter is used as the front-end filtration in air filtration to effectively protect the filtration efficiency and service life of the lower filter, mainly used for filtering dust particles above 5μm. It is mainly used for filtering dust particles above 5μm. It is generally used in the primary filtration of air-conditioning systems and the pre-filtration of multi-stage filtration systems.      Structure
     The structure of the primary filter is generally divided into keel and frame.      3、Features
     The filter material can be replaced by itself, and the paper frame's primary effect is disposable.
     4、Replacement cycle
     If the filter uses washable filter media, which is generally replaced once in 1-2 months, the filter media under replacement can be rinsed with water or solution containing neutral detergent, cooled and dried, and then replaced; at most, it is allowed to be cleaned for two times, i.e., it must be replaced with a new filter to ensure the filtration efficiency;
     When the resistance of the filter reaches more than 250Pa, the filter must be replaced;
     If the dust concentration in the use environment is large, this service life cycle will also be reduced.
     5、Installation and use notes
     It is necessary to regularly check whether the filter over-plastic net is damaged, whether the air inlet surface is clogged with debris and whether the surface of the filter material is damaged; if there is debris clogging the surface, it should be cleared; if the surface of the filter material is seriously damaged, it is necessary to replace the filter material with a new one or to replace the filter with a new one for re-installation;
     When installing the filter, ensure good sealing at the crimp with the frame to prevent air leakage; do not hit the surface of the filter with heavy objects, and do not pull the surface of the filter media with force.
