Both high-efficiency air outlets and FFU are necessary equipment for clean dust-free rooms. The difference between the two is whether there is a fan, different costs, and different manufacturing structures. This article mainly introduces the difference between the working principles of high-efficiency air outlet FFU.
Introduction to high-efficiency air outlet and working principle:
The high-efficiency air outlet is composed of four sets of air outlet static pressure box, air outlet diffuser, high-efficiency filter, and flange. The interface between the high-efficiency air outlet and the air duct of the air supply unit can be connected on the side or on the top, which is mainly convenient for the construction site. The surface of the high-efficiency air outlet box is made of a cold-rolled steel plate with multiple layers of pickling and electrostatic spraying. The air outlet has good airflow to ensure the purification effect. Commonly used plates for the production of high-efficiency air outlets are cold-rolled steel plates (A3 plates) and stainless steel plates (SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, etc.).
The role of high-efficiency air outlets in clean room purification projects:

FFU introduction and working principle:
The fan filter unit is a self-powered air supply and filtration device, the full English name is (Fan Filter Unit), a modular terminal air supply device with a filtering effect. The fan filter unit inhales air from the top and passes through the FFU high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is evenly delivered at a speed of about 0.45M/S±20% on the entire air outlet surface.
FFU fan filter units can be connected modularly. FFU fan filter units are widely used in clean rooms, clean operating tables, clean production lines, assembled clean rooms, and local Class 100 applications. FFU fan filter units can be used to make simple clean workbenches, clean sheds, clean transfer cabinets clean storage closets, etc.
