The difference between a DOP tank HEPA box and an ordinary HEPA box

DOP tank hepa box and ordinary hepa box have the following differences:
Sealing mode
DOP liquid tank hepa box: Adopts liquid tank sealing design. A sealant tank around the filter frame and a knife edge around the box. During installation, the knife edge is inserted into the jelly glue of the liquid tank filter to achieve sealing. This sealing method can effectively prevent the supply air from leaking from the installation gap and can pass the integrity detection of DOP dust at one time.
Ordinary HEPA box: It is usually sealed by squeezing between the seal strip and the box. Its sealing effect is relatively poor, and in some environments with high cleanliness requirements, it may not meet strict sealing requirements.
Structural design
DOP tank HEPA box: Usually contains plenum, diffuser plate, tank HEPA filter, and air valve. The air inlet at the top of the box is equipped with a butterfly air valve, and the side of the bottom of the box is controlled by a rotating valve adjustment device, connected by a metal adjusting rod, which can rotate the air volume into the clean room from the bottom. In addition, it is equipped with a DOP connector, one dust, one detection, convenient in the filter outlet face of a single filter DOP dust detection and tests the pressure difference of the HEPA filter.
Ordinary HEPA box: contains plenum, diffuser plate, high-efficiency filter, and the interface with the air pipe can be a top or side connection. The structure is relatively simple, some may have no air volume adjustment device, or the adjustment mode is not as convenient as the DOP liquid tank air supply port, and it does not necessarily have a DOP detection function.
Application scenario
DOP liquid tank hepa box: widely used in places with high cleanliness requirements, such as GMP clean workshops of pharmaceutical factories, hospital operating rooms, biopharmaceutical laboratories, semiconductor manufacturing workshops, liquid crystal manufacturing workshops, precision machining workshops, optical laboratories, etc. In the new GMP drug production core area (such as A level area, A+B area, etc.), the liquid tank type efficient air supply outlet is the key equipment to meet the air purification requirements.
Ordinary HEPA box: suitable for thousand-grade, 10,000-grade, and 100,000-grade purification air conditioning systems, can be used in the general clean room of medicine, health, electronics, chemical industry, and other industries, as well as places where the cleanliness requirements are not extremely strict.

DOP tank hepa box: There is a liquid tank side, and the liquid tank structure around the filter can be clearly seen in the appearance.
Ordinary HEPA box: there is no liquid tank edge, and the appearance is relatively simple, generally the basic structure of the box and the diffuser plate.
Price cost
DOP liquid tank hepa box: Due to its liquid tank sealing structure, as well as the special requirements for the filter, coupled with the relatively complex production process, the cost is higher, and the price is more expensive than the ordinary high-efficiency air supply.
Ordinary HEPA box: The structure and production process are relatively simple, the cost is low, and the price is relatively close to the people.
Filter area
DOP liquid tank hepa box: under the same size, because the liquid tank side occupies a certain space, its filtration area is smaller than that of an ordinary high-efficiency air supply.
Ordinary HEPA box: In the same form factor, it can provide a larger effective filtration area because there is no limit to the liquid tank edge.
