The difference between a cargo shower room and an air shower room in a clean workshop

From the appearance, if you are not familiar with air shower rooms and cargo shower rooms, it is easy to mistake them for the same product because their appearance is very similar. However, in fact, there are still some differences between them.
First, let's take a look at the common points between the air shower room and the cargo shower room:
Strictly speaking, the functions of the air shower room and cargo shower room are the same, and their internal accessories are similar. Both are equipped with fans and nozzles, and their function is to isolate the clean workshop and non-clean workshop areas. They send air to the clean room through fans, filter it through high-efficiency filters, blow the clean wind out of the nozzle, and blow the wind to the objects that need to be processed. The wind that is blown out again after internal circulation filtration can blow away the dust on the surface of the object.
2. There are several differences between air shower rooms and cargo shower rooms:
First, the air shower room is much narrower than the cargo shower room. Because the air shower room is for staff to enter, the width does not need to be very large, as long as one person can pass through. The air shower room can accommodate more people, and this can be achieved by increasing the depth. In contrast, the width of the cargo shower room is relatively wide. First, the size of the cargo is much larger than that of a person; second, a cart is required to enter the cargo shower room, so the width of the cart and the cargo must be considered. Therefore, the cargo shower room is usually much wider than the air shower room. In addition, the cargo shower room must be without a chassis, because the cargo needs to be constantly in and out. If there is a chassis, the cargo cannot enter, and even if it can enter, it will be very troublesome. The air shower room usually has a chassis.
Secondly, the volume of the air shower room is generally more than 3 meters, so companies need to pay special attention when transporting the air shower room. Whether it is overall transportation or single-piece transportation, the following points need to be noted: First, whether it is a stainless steel air shower room or a cold-rolled plate air shower room, it is necessary to protect the air shower box to avoid scratches or rain. Secondly, the high-efficiency filter should also be prevented from puncturing. When using the cargo shower room, it is necessary to follow the relevant requirements and pay attention to the parameters.
Generally speaking, the cargo shower room involves two different drying objects. One is the equipment for drying the cargo, usually called the cargo dryer; the other is the equipment for drying the personnel, usually called the personnel drying room, which is easy to understand.
In addition, the personnel drying room uses the fan to supply air, enters the static pressure box, is filtered through the primary filter, and then passes through the partition high-efficiency filter for secondary filtration. The clean airflow is sprayed out through the nozzle of the drying room (the nozzle angle is adjustable), which can effectively remove dust attached to the human features or the surface of the carried items. When using the personnel drying room, the drying time needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation. If there are more dust pollution problems in the space, the drying time should be appropriately increased; otherwise, the drying time can be reduced. When using the personnel drying room, it is required not to blindly open the two doors, because they are interlocked and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Blindly opening the door will damage the interlocking device.
In contrast, the cargo drying room is more complicated for personnel and the size cannot be determined. The following points should be noted during the drying process: the height of the cargo should not exceed the width and height of the cargo drying room to avoid damage to the cargo drying room; after entering the cargo drying room, pay special attention not to touch the external infrared sensing system on both sides; after entering the cargo drying room, be careful not to hit the rear door of the cargo drying room to avoid damage to the door and glass of the cargo drying room.
