(1) Condensation at the air supply port

Then why does the air outlet form dew? There are several reasons. First of all, it may be that the indoor air humidity is too large, when the water vapor content in the air is too high, it is easy to condense into small water droplets when it encounters the surface of the air supply outlet at a lower temperature. For example, in the southern Meiyu season, the air humidity can often reach more than 80%, and the air supply outlet is easy to condensation. Secondly, the temperature of the air supply outlet is too low, which can also lead to condensation. If the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is too large and the air supply volume is too small, the temperature of the air supply outlet will drop very low, resulting in condensation. At the same time, increase the air supply volume, so that the temperature of the air supply outlet will not drop too low. (2) Abnormal air volume
Abnormal air volume is also a headache, sometimes it will be found that the air volume of the air supply outlet is significantly smaller, the wind blown out is soft, and there is no refreshing feeling; Sometimes the wind volume will be too large, blowing whistling sound, make people feel very uncomfortable.
The smaller air volume may be because the filter is blocked, the dust and impurities are blocked in the pores of the filter, and the air is naturally difficult to pass. It may also be that the regulating valve of the air supply port is faulty, and the air volume cannot be adjusted normally, or the speed of the fan is reduced, resulting in insufficient air supply. If the air volume is too large, it may be that the regulating valve fails, and the air volume cannot be adjusted to the appropriate size, or there is a problem with the control system, which mistakenly increases the speed of the fan.
When the air volume is abnormal, we must first check the filter and replace the blocked filter in time. If there is a problem with the regulator, it is necessary to repair or replace the regulator to ensure that it can work properly. If the components of the air supply port are used for a long time, damage will inevitably occur. There are two main reasons for the damage of parts, one is long-term use, natural wear of parts; The second is improper installation or use, such as excessive force during installation, resulting in damage to the parts, or frequent adjustment during use, exceeding the service life of the parts.
Once the parts are found to be damaged, we must replace the damaged parts in time. For some small damage, such as adjusting the blade stuck, you can first check whether there is a foreign body stuck, clean the foreign body, and then apply some lubricating oil appropriately to see if it can return to normal.
