Summary of the use characteristics of high efficiency filters with high temperature resistance

High-temperature-resistant high-efficiency filters are assembled using high-temperature-resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, stainless steel frames, aluminum foil spacers, and special high-temperature-resistant sealants.

Generally speaking, high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filters are mainly used in ultra-clean ovens for food and pharmaceutical production, or equipment and systems requiring high-temperature air purification.
The maximum working temperature is 350 degrees.

Because the organic silica gel and inorganic glue used in the high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter curing process are cured from the surface inwards, the thicker the height of the glue injection, the more difficult it is to cure, under normal circumstances the glue curing time is 3-7 days if the high-temperature high-efficiency filter is not completely cured directly into the high-temperature equipment for normal use, it will inevitably cause high-temperature glue cracking, expansion, and glue from the outer frame and other phenomena.
