Selection and installation of HEPA box

Selection and installation of HEPA box

(I) Selection points
Selecting a suitable air outlet requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors:
Room size
The larger the room area, the larger the size of the air outlet required. Generally speaking, the air outlet area required per square meter is between 8 and 12 square centimeters. For example, for a 50-square-meter room, the air outlet area needs to be at least 400-600 square centimeters.
Decoration style
The decoration style has a significant impact on the selection of air outlets. Simple and modern styles are suitable for metal and rectangular air outlets to add a sense of fashion; European or Chinese styles can choose wood or stone materials, and round or square air outlets to create a classical atmosphere.
Wind speed
Too high or too low wind speed will affect indoor comfort. If the wind speed is too high, the air volume blown out is too large; if the wind speed is too low, the indoor air cannot be effectively cooled or heated. Therefore, it is necessary to select an air outlet with a suitable wind speed according to the use requirements of the room.
(II) Installation precautions
Before installing the air outlet, the product and the clean room need to be cleaned to ensure that there is no dust and debris.
The connection with the ventilation duct should be firm and tight to prevent air leakage.
For places with purification requirements, such as clean rooms, the joints between the vent flange and the ceiling board should be treated with sealing pads to ensure good sealing.
The air outlet should be transported with care to avoid damage caused by severe vibration and collision.
(III) Common problems
The size of the air outlet does not meet the room requirements, resulting in a poor air supply effect.
Improper installation position affects the appearance or airflow distribution.
It does not match the decoration style and destroys the overall indoor effect.
The installation is not firm and there are safety hazards.
