What is a high-efficiency filter?
    High-efficiency filters are mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.3um. It is made of ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film, and other materials as dividing plates, and a high-efficiency filter outer frame.
    Each unit has been tested and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust-holding capacity.

How to maintain a high high-efficiency filter?
    1. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, it is not allowed to tear or open the packaging bag or film by hand. The air filter should be stored strictly by the direction standards marked on the high-efficiency filter packaging box; during the transportation of the high-efficiency air filter, It should be handled and placed gently to avoid severe vibration and collision.
    2. The transportation and storage of high-efficiency filters should be placed in the direction marked by the manufacturer. During transportation, it should be handled with care to prevent severe vibration and collision, and forced loading and unloading are not allowed.
    3. For high-efficiency filters, the installation direction must be correct: when the corrugated plate combination filter is installed vertically, the corrugated plate must be perpendicular to the ground; leakage, deformation, and damage are strictly prohibited in the vertical connection between the filter and the frame. and glue leakage, etc. After installation, the inner wall must be clean and free of dust, oil, rust, and debris.
    4. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned and wiped. If there is dust inside the purified air-conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If a high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical mezzanine or suspended ceiling, the technical layer or suspended ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped.
    5. For high-efficiency filters, when the resistance value of the filter is greater than 450Pa; or when the airflow speed on the outlet surface drops to a minimum, even after replacing the coarse-efficiency and medium-efficiency filters, the airflow speed still cannot increase; or when the high-efficiency filter If there is irreparable leakage on the filter surface, a new high-efficiency filter must be replaced.
If the above conditions are not met, it can generally be replaced once every 1-2 years according to the usage environment conditions.

5. System characteristics
    1. Most of the actual uses of filters are horizontal installation, with air supply from top to bottom. The SX-H1200 test bench simulates this actual operating state to make the test results more reflective of the actual situation. The filter under test is placed horizontally, the air supply is from top to bottom, and the sampling probe is close to the air outlet surface of the filter (distance ≤50mm). scan.
    2. The test bench adopts a pneumatic method to install and seal the filter under test, which is simple, fast, and reliable. Breaking through the previous installation mode effectively solves the problem of sealing.
    3. The diluter used in the system is a bypass diluter specified in the European standard EN1822. It can achieve a large dilution ratio and is reliable and stable.
    4. The SX-H1200 test bench pioneers the use of 4 sets of sampling heads and is equipped with 4 high-flow laser particle counters (SX-310 series), thereby enabling scanning in the X direction to be completed in one go. Now it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to complete the scanning inspection for each specification of filter, which greatly shortens the scanning inspection time.
    5. The SX-H1200 test bench adopts an advanced online monitoring software system. All scanning and detection processes are directly reflected on the computer LCD monitor, making it clear at a glance. Final data processing. All test results are automatically printed out. The printing paper is single-sided offset paper. The results can be directly pasted on the filter under test to realize ID card management and facilitate users.
