Sealant is used for the sealing of the filter element and the frame, and should be able to cure at room temperature and pressure, and can ensure that the filter does not crack, does not deglue, and has elasticity when operating under 10 times the initial resistance, and the fire resistance of the binder and sealant should meet the performance requirements of similar filters.
When the customer has special requirements for the air release performance of organic matter in the filter product, the air release performance of the binder and sealant should be able to meet the customer's requirements.

V、Gaskets
The gasket should be made of a closed-cell material that is elastic and not easy to age;
The hardness of the gasket (tested with Shore hardness W hardness tester) is 33sh2 and the permanent deformation in compression is <60% (40% 130°C24).
When the customer has special requirements for the air release performance of the organics in the filter product, the air release performance of the gasket should be able to meet the customer's requirements.

VI、Protective Mesh
