Process and advantages of combined primary filters

Combined primary filters are used in the ventilation system of general industrial plants to achieve the general cleanliness demand for air, followed by a great role in office areas, shopping malls and buildings, scientific research institutions, and also in the pharmaceutical, food and precision electronics industries as pre-filtration for centralised ventilation systems. In the clean room intake and exhaust devices, it plays a filtering air and adsorbs suspended dust particles in the air.

The combined primary filter is mainly used to filter dust particles above 5μm. There are three types of primary filters: plate, folding and bag, with paper, aluminium and galvanised iron frames, non-woven, nylon, activated carbon and metal perforated mesh, etc., and double-sided sprayed wire mesh and double-sided galvanised wire mesh.

Commonly combined primary filters can be made into laminated folding plate type, aluminium frame keel type, aluminium frame bag type, aluminium frame activated carbon filter and full aluminium mesh. Generally speaking, customers consult more about folding panels and aluminium frame keel filters, both of which are commonly used as a pre-filter for new air systems.

Here is a brief introduction to the characteristics and uses of folding filters:

The folding style refers to the use of folding machines to fold the product relatively regularly through the set height and number of folds, folding spacing is balanced, why do you need to use the folding style? The main reason is that in the filtration process, folding can effectively increase the filtration area, the non-woven surface with metal support can make the structure strong and smooth, good versatility, long service life and low economic costs.
