Primary air filter cleaning method and replacementWhen can the primary air filter g3 be cleaned or replaced? Cephalosporins: Remove the filter bag, put it into the configured 1% sodium carbonate solution, soak for 10 minutes to inactivate, remove the foreign matter in the bag, rinse with potable water, gently tap the side of the wash until the cleaning water is clarified. After flat drying in the clean area, self-study checks the filter bag, if broken, replace the filter bag in time. 3. Primary and intermediate filters should be cleaned and dried indoors. The filter bag not used for the time being should be cleaned and put into a clean plastic bag for sealing and preservation. 4. The primary and intermediate filters of each workshop should be used exclusively, and should not be used interchangeably. Each workshop's primary and secondary filters should be cleaned, dried, and stored separately. 5. The preliminary and intermediate filters for the production of cephalosporin drugs should be dedicated, not interchangeable or interchangeable with the preliminary and intermediate filters for the production of common chemical drugs. 6. When the clean primary and medium-performance filters are loaded, the initial differential pressure is less than the original initial differential pressure of the filter, the filter bag can not continue to be used and should be eliminated.
